Andy is Managing Director of Hurstwood Holdings and Crystal Holdings, both privately owned Property investment companies. Andy joined Hurstwood in 2004 and became Finance Director of the business shortly after in 2006 and is one of the joint founders of Crystal Holdings. 

Andy is responsible for the day to day running of the business, concentrating on managing the Estates, Sales and Finance teams whilst working with the Chairman, Stephen Ashworth on acquisitions and overall Strategy for the business. Andy’s background is in Real Estate Finance having spent 18 years with Nat West Bank in a variety of Head Office and Relationship Management roles, in the latter years specialising in Property Finance.
